Living Donor Program
Almost anyone with two healthy kidneys can donate one to a patient in need. While you only have one liver, you can still donate a portion of this organ, which typically grows back to its normal size.

Outpatient Clinic and Diagnostic Center
The Miami Transplant Institute outpatient clinic and diagnostic center located on Jackson Memorial Medical Center’s campus serves as the main medical hub for all organ lines.
The center includes diagnostic imaging, procedure, and infusion capabilities, allowing most evaluation patients to complete their entire workup without the disruption and cross-campus travel to the Jackson Memorial’s Clark Diagnostic Treatment Center.
By providing more comprehensive care in an efficient outpatient setting, we have been able to improve the patient experience, decrease time from first visit to listing decision, reduce hospital readmission, reduce emergency visits, and decrease length of stay.
We’ve also expanded our reach more than ever before with centers located in four other cities in Florida – Palm Beach Gardens, Boca Raton, Plantation, and Pompano Beach.
